Dr. Stephanie Arnold-Galan, DVM MPH

Dr. Stephanie grew up in southeast lower Michigan and attended the University of Michigan for her bachelor’s and master's degrees. After working as an epidemiologist for several years, she realized that her passion for veterinary medicine was a driving force in her life. She then attended Michigan State’s College of Veterinary Medicine in East Lansing, graduating in 2005. Her first clinical practice was in San Antonio, TX

After several years of general medicine practice in San Antonio, Dr. Stephanie moved to Fort Worth, TX to pursue employment within the veterinary pharmaceutical industry.  This is where she met her husband, Sergio and her step-son Jaxson. While the pharmaceutical industry was challenging and rewarding, Dr. Stephanie ultimately returned to clinical practice in 2012. She joined the Bay Pines/Lake Street team in March, 2024. Her interests include surgery – both soft tissue and orthopedic - dentistry, and feline medicine.

When not at the clinic helping community animals, she can be found hiking and biking or taking care of her own brood of multiple cats and dogs. She also enjoys travel, and has recently been to Spain, Italy and Alaska.
